VSDR was built on one belief: teams should assign outcomes to intelligent agents, not stitch together another pile of automation tools.
Outbound has always been a headcount problem. More pipeline meant more reps, more ramp, more tooling, more management. We think that is backwards. A Virtual SDR researches, writes, adapts, and books on its own, so scaling pipeline becomes a decision, not a hiring plan.
