Acceptable use policy
VSDR sends messages under your name. This policy sets the line between outbound we will support and outbound we will not.

Outreach conduct
- Contact people only where you have a lawful basis and a genuine business reason to do so.
- Represent yourself and your company accurately. Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
- Honour opt-outs immediately and permanently.
- Respect the volume, rate and messaging rules of every platform you connect, including LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Prohibited content
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
- Deceptive claims, fake urgency, fabricated social proof, or phishing of any kind.
- Malware, credential harvesting, or links to content that does either.
- Sexually explicit material, and any content involving minors.
Prohibited uses
- Bulk unsolicited messaging with no targeting or relevance.
- Scraping or reselling prospect data obtained through the platform.
- Circumventing rate limits, bans or security controls on any connected platform.
- Promoting illegal goods and services, or regulated offerings you are not licensed to sell.
Platform integrity
Do not probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written permission, interfere with other customers' workspaces, or use the service to build a competing product.
Enforcement
We investigate reports of abuse. Depending on severity we may warn you, pause outreach, suspend the workspace or terminate the account. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant platform or authority.
Reporting abuse
To report a message sent through VSDR that breaches this policy, email team@vsdr.ai with the subject “Abuse” and include the message and sender where possible.
