Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the VSDR platform and website. By creating a workspace or starting a trial, you agree to them.

The service

VSDR provides Virtual SDR seats that research prospects, generate outreach across LinkedIn and WhatsApp, handle replies and schedule meetings. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan during its term without notice.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page and are billed monthly in advance in US dollars.
  • Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first charge is taken.
  • There are no lock-ins. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the prospects you target and the messages sent from your workspace. You must have a lawful basis for contacting the people you upload or target, and you must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect, including LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Prohibited conduct is set out in our acceptable use policy.

Data and ownership

You retain all rights in the data you provide and the data generated for your workspace. We retain all rights in the platform, its models and its underlying technology. We process your data as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
